Hi Sarah, Over a couple of years I have signed up for your programs and I’m so ADD at 73 its sad. Could you tell me how and how much $s I’ve spent to do nothing. Thanks so very much for trying to help me. I’m just a mess.
Thanks
Cher Pitcher
There was nothing to listen to. Plowing thru unnecessary to find necessary. Took too long. I’m checking out.
Sandi here, Just watched this video and so, so true of state I seem to be in permanently…yet some steps I do in “micro wins” but never get through to great purge! Years of this state even tho spending thousands w/psychologist, declutter books and groups. Won’t give up, though!
That physiological sigh reminds me of when children, or even adults, are crying uncontrollably, and they seem to do exactly this. The quick double breath intakes and then a loud exhale. I wonder if the body is involuntarily responding to help regain control.
Good ideas. I especially like the breathing. It works.
Yes! I often do the micro win! And it’s so helpful if I do a bunch of them.
